Through our continuous investment in both staff and our growing fleet we have a wealth of capability which allows us to carry out a range of different services and projects. The following information is a an overview of our licences, accreditations and memberships.

ISO 9001

Quest have been awarded ISO 9001, the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems (QMS). The ISO 9001 quality management system helps businesses to continually monitor and manage quality across all operations. As the world’s most widely recognised quality management standard, it outlines ways to achieve, as well as benchmark, consistent performance and service.

ISO 14001

Quest have also been awarded ISO 14001 accreditation demonstrating our commitment to the environment. ISO 14001 is an internationally accepted standard that outlines how to put an effective environmental management system in place. It is designed to help businesses remain commercially successful without overlooking environmental responsibilities and can help companies to grow while reducing the environmental impact of this growth.

ISO 45001

We have been awarded ISO 45001 accreditation, demonstrating our commitment to health and safety. ISO 45001 is an international standard for health and safety at work developed by national and international standards committees independent of government and provides a framework for an occupational health and safety management system. It helps businesses put in place policies, procedures and controls so that they can achieve the best possible working conditions, aligned to internationally recognised best practice.

Constructionline Gold

Constructionline is the UK’s largest Government-owned register of contractors and consultants for the construction industry. With over 8,000 key decision makers from over 2,000 buying organisations using Constructionline to select quality suppliers.

Alcumus SafeContractor

The Alcumus SafeContractor scheme recognises excellence in health and safety management and confirms that Quest Waste’s health and safety processes have been externally assessed to make sure they’re suitable for the work activities. This accreditation provides Quest Waste’s customers with the reassurance that when they use Quest to deliver services it will be done correctly and by fully qualified staff working to the best health and safety procedures.

Environment Agency Registered Waste Carrier

A waste carriers license is a legal requirement for all businesses in the UK that are transporting waste as part of their commercial activities. The license is issued by the Environment Agency

We have recently been audited by supply chain solutions specialist Achilles. This means we are now an Achilles approved supplier

UK and Ireland Spill Association

Quest are Corporate Members of the UK and Ireland Spill Association


Cyber Essentials is a Government backed scheme that helps businesses demonstrate that they have robust IT infrastructure and processes in place to protect themselves and their customers against the continuously evolving cyber security threat that is faced these days.


SMAS Worksafe (Safety Management Advisory Services) is a nationally recognised Health & Safety accreditation used to demonstrate Health & Safety standards.
