The exclusive integrated Cappellotto Recycling System (CRS) separates the water from the sludge through filters and separators, enabling it to be continuously and immediately reused by the high-pressure pump.
The CapRecy 3200 uses a unique 5 stage sludge separation and water recycling system that recyclers the water to between 50 and 100 microns. Its design generates continuous water flow to ensure optimal performance of the high-pressure water pump.
The CAP RECY 3200 8×4 recycler is renowned for it’s efficiency in removing all suspended solids and impurities to a 4 micron standard. This enables continuous cleaning on the worksite increasing productivity and reducing reliance on potable water.
With 270 degree boom rotation, 20m of 6″ vacuum hose, 12m of reach below ground and the option of 1″ or 1/2″ drain cleaning capability this water recycling combination unit is ideal for business’ looking to improve their operational efficiency.

1″ Drain Cleaning
1″ Drain Cleaning from the top mounted hose reel with 180m of 1″ sewer hose. 270 degree boom rotation allows for easy entry to tight to reach access points when cleaning sewers or drainage networks.
6″ Hydro Excavation
With 80m of 1/2″ hose and 20m of vacuum hose extension, hydro excavation can be completed at a distance from the unit. The Cappellotto vacuum hose ensures that unusual locations can be easily accessed due to the hose’s malleable design.
GPT / Pit Cleaning
The boom design of the CAP RECY 3200 makes the unit ideal for cleaning gross pollutant traps and pumping stations. With the 20m of vacuum extension on a 270 degree rotational boom, the deepest of sewer pits and GPTs can be cleaned.
