Finance Assistant
Duties:
– Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
– Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
– Reconcile bank statements and other financial records
– Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
– Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance documents
– Support the finance team with various administrative tasks
Skills:
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
– Knowledge of financial principles and practices
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Any AAT qualifications would be advantageous
