This survey will thoroughly inspect your drains, pinpoint any pipe damage, and determine whether tree roots are causing the blockage.

Following the completion of the CCTV Drain Survey, the next step involves eliminating the tree roots from the drain. Typically, a drain jetting unit, employing high-pressure water, is utilised to dislodge the overgrown roots and any debris trapped by them, such as fats, grease, oils, or other waste. However, if the tree roots have been left unaddressed for an extended period, they may have grown too thick for standard drain jetting methods to be effective. In such cases, specialized jetting equipment becomes necessary.

Specialised drain jetting equipment, such as a hydraulic cutter, is employed to reduce the roots to a manageable size for easier removal from the drain. This approach is often more cost-effective compared to pipe replacement or excavation, which are both labor-intensive and expensive solutions.
