Quest was recently tasked with removing Rag Waste from a local Activated Sludge Plant in West Yorkshire
This was a job that had to be carried out during operational hours and the lanes would remain in service throughout.
With this in mind, we worked on a solution to safely and efficiently remove the rag waste.
Our Solution? We designed a screen that would be built in sections and lowered into the lane via a 30-tonne crane.

This screen would catch any rag before being lifted back out and waste removed to a skip.
