Quest has this week taken further delivery of a new RCV Ultra Clean Recycler
Strengthening our relationship with the Yorkshire vehicle supplier RTN Clayton Vallely the new recycler is a further step forward increasing Quest’s drainage service capability.
The industry leading vehicle is equipped with a 3200g tank, enhanced safety systems, reverse cameras and multiple control points for easy operator access.
Whilst excelling with vacuum and jetting capabilities, the RTN recycler provides an environmentally friendly system that will efficiently filter and recycle jetting water. Having this facility in one vehicle means less time leaving site to fill up and more time delivering an economic service to our customers.
Delivered to Quest’s West Yorkshire depot on Tuesday and the vehicle will take to the road later this week.

RCV Ultra Cleaner Recycler Specifications
The MAN 26.430 TGS is based on a 6×2 rear steer chassis and comes equipped with:
- 3200 gallon tank, split 1200g fresh water / 2000g debris, manufactured from 5mm 304 stainless steel
- Jurop PVT400 vacuum pump producing 1550CFM
- Pratissoli MK60 340 LPM 170 BAR jetting pump
- continuous recycling down to 50 micron.
- 300 degree boom Full wireless remote control as standard.
- Fully opening hydraulic rear door
